This conference is in honour of Frano Barbir (Croatia), Juan Carlos Bolcich (Argentina), Richard Cogdell (UK), and Wolfgang Lubitz (Germany). It will provide a forum for students, postdoctoral fellows, and scientists from different countries to deepen their knowledge and understanding, broaden their professional contacts, create new opportunities, and establish new collaborations. The scientific program will cover the breadth and depth of photosynthesis and hydrogen energy systems, from fundamental research aspects to practical application.

The conference includes plenary sessions, poster sessions, and two series of parallel oral sessions, one dedicated to photosynthesis issues and the other dedicated to hydrogen issues.
